Using the gelFAST shopping cart

Our webshop uses some basic techniques that makes your shopping experience simpler and faster.  This page will guide you to a no fuss way of placing an order and provide help if you have troubles along the way.

Image 2: This is what a product page looks like.The Product page have the product displayed on the right with details listed at left. The product image shown on these pages can be clicked to view a large picture of the product.  Ordering is as simple as clicking on the "Add to Cart" button immediately adjacent to the article displayed. 

This is the Shopping Basket The item is placed into your Shopping Basket (left) and from here you can Trash the item (using the small Trash bin icon on the left), or continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.  If you Trash the item using the icon, when you continue shopping you may see the item reappear in the basket.  Don't worry because all your browser is doing is showing the previous page from memory.  The item has in fact been removed and you can see that this is so if you click on the View Shopping Cart link on the menu.

You can add as many items as you like into your Shopping Basket.

We suggest that you do not adjust your order quantities at the time of selection, but wait until you have all the items you want in the Basket and are ready to checkout.  Then adjust your quantities and click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

This is the CheckoutAt the checkout it is very important you provide a valid email address.  This is the primary way that we will return the order details to you for your reference and contact for payment details.  Each order gets a unique reference number which we can use to track your order.  If you don't have this because your email is incorrect, it will cause difficulties.

If you don't supply credit card information, make sure that your other information is correct so that we can contact you in regards to payment.

Delivery charges are not added to the invoice at this time as they will have to be calculated for the delivery address.   See our Trading Terms page for more information.

Email exampleYou will receive an email confirmation that looks like the example at left.  It will contain details of your transaction, the cost and a reference number identifying your purchase.

Having a problem?

Sometimes when you click on a product to order it, your browser just sits there and doesn't do anything.  If this occurs, check that you have "cookies" enabled in you web browser.  While we don't use cookies to capture data about your visit, our shopping basket system does use it for temporary storage of your items for retrieval when you place your order.  You can certainly delete the cookies once you have completed your purchase.  You can adjust the settings for cookies in your browser in the Internet Options or Preferences area.   These are usually location under the "Tools" menu of the browser.

Some browsers will not allow the Shopping Basket to retain order quantities when you place items in the Basket, leave to order something else and return.  The quantity may be returned to it's initial value of 1.  If this happens, just check your quantities before you proceed to the checkout.

Make sure that when you do adjust your quantities, you Click or TAB to the next field so that the order value automatically adjusts.

If you have placed an order and processed it but have not received a confirmation email, contact sales@handcleaner.com.au and supply your name, the date of the order and whatever other information you can recall about the order.    Also provide details about how we can contact you in at least 2 ways, just in case the email doesn't work.  We will be touch with you as quickly as possibly to complete your order.
